At Shop Top Fragrances Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your scent, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the fragrance you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box with all protective inserts and the manufacturer's seal intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any existing shipping labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
